Quotes and estimates are subject to change after an on-site inspection or if unforeseen conditions (e.g., underground obstructions) are found. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
1. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
2. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
You must provide safe access to the property and disclose known underground lines, septic systems, or similar hazards not marked by a public utility locate. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked infrastructure.
3. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for damage to undisclosed underground infrastructure. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
